STOR-IT Mini Warehouses Corporation is proud to announce the addition of "1941 AUCTION HOUSE & EVENT ROOM" plus "STOR-IT & MORE". We are growing to better serve Kokomo, Howard County and surrounding communities.

STOR-IT has served the community since 1997 with 3 locations of storage units from 5 x 10's to 20 x 22. When disaster's have hit our community the STOR-IT owners and management team have stepped up to help victim's of tornado's and floods with FREE and Reduced units.

With our NEW additions we now can offer Secure Fenced Outdoor Storage, an Auction House and an Event/Party Room.

Our Vision is to provide as many services as possible to the Kokomo, Howard County and surrounding area. We are pleased to add our new facility at 1941 E. North St.

We now have 2 acres of Secure Fenced Outdoor Storage for RV's, Boat's, Camper's, Racing Trailers and More, conveniently located within 2 miles of the Reservoir and Kokomo Speedway.

Our 3,600 square foot Auction House is ready to help you de-clutter your home or business, help you settle an estate or just sell a few items without the hassle of a yard sale. Our in-house Auctioneer is Dan Otto. Our auctions will be held on different days & times so (Check our Calendar for Auction Schedule). Our facility is available to other auctioneers for their own specialty auctions. Non-Profit Organizations can book our concession stand for fundraising during the auctions and special events; Also we would love to provide a facility for fund-raising auctions to help your organizations.

The Front Party/Event Room is available for groups up to 40 people depending on the arrangement of tables, chairs and occupancy permit. Our "Auction House" space if available for larger group. Call for more details.
